HAIX Airpower XR22

The Haix Airpower XR22 is a robust specialist boot which provides comfort all day long. An anti-slip sole featuring a deep tread and an extra-high shaft ensures a firm foothold for a range of professional workers, such as industrial workers. The GORE-TEX® material which is both waterproof and highly breathable protects your feet against mud, water and snow. This is a boot which can be worn all year round. During the winter, a specially designed sole insulates you against the cold. In the summer, a fast-drying inlay absorbs sweat to keep your feet feeling fresh on the hottest of days.

Robust and comfortable
The Airpower XR22 is particularly suitable for those who need to spend long periods on their feet during the course of work, such as police officers, forestry workers and tradesmen. An impact-absorbing wedge contained within the heel cushions your steps as you go to guarantee that your boots will remain light and comfortable to wear, even after a long day. Anatomically formed lasts are used in the manufacturing process to ensure that no undue pressure is placed on the joints. The balls of the feet and the toes enjoy plenty of room at the front of the boot. This provides a particular degree of comfort as well as promoting the right toe-to-heel movement.

Designed to be worn all year round
The HAIX Airpower XR22 is a boot which can be worn throughout the year. During the winter, an insulating and anti-slip sole guarantees warm feet and a secure foothold, even in icy temperatures. Several layers of GORE-TEX® membrane prevent penetration of water, ice or snow. This means that you feet will remain pleasantly dry whilst you are working outdoors. A fleece insole absorbs sweat, which is then expelled via the shaft and a special GORE-TEX® membrane. This delivers an excellent level of breathability and also ensures that your feet will not sweat unnecessary or overheat during warm weather conditions.

Waterproof leather, hydrophobized, breathable (5.0 mg/cm²/h), 2.0 – 2.2 mm thick

Inner Lining
GORE-TEX® Performance; 4-layer GORE-TEX® Laminate, waterproof and breathable. Abrasion-proof lining fabric with nonwoven inner layer. Optimized climate comfort for all seasons even under extreme conditions. Enhanced protection against chemicals.

Fleece insole
Moisture-absorbent fleece insole.

Foot bed
For extra foot comfort, impact-absorbing, moisture-wicking, antibacterial. Separate heel cup ensures optimized cushioning and foot guidance. “AIRFLOW” channels.

Protective Throughsole
Flexible, lightweight and protective metal throughsole.

HAIX® Protective toe cap
Anatomically formed and ultralight protective toe cap made of fiber-reinforced plastic for highest safety requirements.

Sole
Anti-slip rubber/PU sole with road/off-road profile, abrasion-proof, for enhanced toe-to-heel support, ideal for cold weather conditions. The lightweight PU cushioning wedge provides optimum wear comfort. Excellent thermal insulation. The non-marking outer sole is resistant to heat, oil and gasoline.

HAIX® Climate System
The HAIX® Climate system uses the pumping movement, which permits air circulation with every step – warm air is released and fresh air comes in through the vent holes at the top of the boot.

Sun Reflect
Reduces the heating effect of the upper leather by direct sunlight. Sunlight is reflected by the leather, keeping the leather and the feet cooler.
