Carbon Cylinder type 4

Item 7 of 7
Overview

Advantages
1. At equal capacity, carbon cylinders are the lightest cylinders on the market, with around 30% less weight than type 3 cylinders (composite cylinders with aluminium liner) and four times lighter than type 1 cylinders (steel cylinders).
2. Oxidation is completely excluded to the cutting-edge solution of using plastic liner. Moreover, MSE Carbon Cylinders are able to resist a wide range of corrosive agents, such as sodium chloride, sulphuric acid, nitric acid and sodium hydroxide.
3. All MSE Carbon Cylinders will be certified according to the main worldwide standards, in order to be able to supply the best quality in the world. For this reason all products will be tested according to ISO 11119-3 and UNI EN 12245 standards.
4. A study conducted at the University of Padova pointed out a very important aspect: the impact on the environment is three times less than any other type of cylinder on the market, making MSE Carbon Cylinders somehow nature-friendly products.
